New Poster for George Miller's FURIOSA: A MAD MAX SAGA
Warner Bros. has released a new poster for director George Miller’s highly-anticipated film Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga. This movie will give us the origin story of the badass character Furiosa, who is awesomely played by Anya Taylor-Joy in the movie.
The first trailer that was released for Furiosa got fans pumped up about the insane-looking post-apocalyptic action movie! Joy, especially, looks like she delivers badass performance and there’s no doubt fans are going to be rooting for her to kick ass. Furiousa finds herself battling the violent, crazy, and brutal villain Dementus, who is played by Chris Hemsworth.
The poster puts the spotlight on all the main characters and teases its post-apocalyptic setting.
In the film, "As the world fell, young Furiosa is snatched from the Green Place of Many Mothers and falls into the hands of a great Biker Horde led by the Warlord Dementus. Sweeping through the Wasteland they come across the Citadel presided over by The Immortan Joe. While the two Tyrants war for dominance, Furiosa must survive many trials as she puts together the means to find her way home."
The rest of the cast includes Tom Burke, Angus Sampson, Nathan Jones, Daniel Webber, Lachy Hulme, and Quaden Bayles.
Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga is scheduled to hit theaters on May 24, 2024.
