New Poster For THE DEFENDERS and 30 Photos Featuring New Shots Of All The Characters

Netflix and Marvel Entertainment have released a new poster for The Defenders along with 30 additional photos featuring new looks at all the main players in the series.

The first episode for The Defenders was recently screened at Comic-Con and it was met with a lot of positive reaction. From what I've heard, it's a great start to what hopefully shapes up to be a full great series!

Marvel’s The Defenders follows Matt Murdock/Daredevil (Charlie Cox), Jessica Jones (Krysten Ritter), Luke Cage (Mike Colter) and Danny Rand/Iron Fist (Finn Jones), a quartet of singular heroes with one common goal – to save New York City. This is the story of four solitary figures, burdened with their own personal challenges, who realize they just might be stronger when teamed together.

The series also stars Sigourney Weaver as the villain Alexandra, Elodie Yung as Elektra, Scott Glenn as Stick, Deborah Ann Woll as Karen Page, Elden Henson as Foggy Nelson, Carrie-Anne Moss as Jeri Hogarth, Rachael Taylor as Trish Walker, Eka Darville as Malcolm Ducasse, Simone Missick as Misty Knight and Jessica Henwick as Colleen Wing.

Marvel’s The Defenders will premiere all eight episodes on Friday, August 18th.
