New Poster For TOP GUN: MAVERICK Ahead of a New Trailer Coming Tomorrow
A new trailer for Top Gun: Maverick is going to be released tomorrow on Monday, December 16th. While we wait for that trailer to fly out onto the Internet, Paramount Pictures has shared a new poster featuring Tom Cruise back in the role of Maverick. I love that this character just loves to fly, you can see the joy on his face.
I’m pretty stoked for this movie. The first teaser trailer was awesome and I’m sure this next trailer is going to be filled with thrilling new footage and also give us a better sense of what the actual story will entail.
What we know so far is that Top Gun: Maverick is going to be set in a world of drone technology and fifth generation fighters along with exploring the end of the era of dogfighting. Maverick is now a Top Gun flight instructor and Goose's son, Bradley Bradshaw, joins the program. The relationship between Maverick and Goose's son is certainly going to make for an interesting story dynamic.
The film also stars Miles Teller as Goose's son, Val Kilmer, Glen Powell, Jennifer Connelly, Jon Hamm, Ed Harris, and Lewis Pullman.
Top Gun: Maverick was directed by Joseph Kosinski (Tron: Legacy) and the movie is set to be released on June 26, 2020.
