New Poster of Paul McCartney for PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN: DEAD MEN TELL NO TALES

Of the actors I'm most looking forward to seeing in Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales, Paul McCartney is on the top of the list. I've always been a huge fan of The Beatles, and when I heard he would be in the film, I flipped my lid. Well, we now have a first look of the Beatle on this poster for the film.

It was posted by McCartney on his Twitter page. It's definitely interesting. He barely even looks like Paul McCartney. Maybe I'm just not used to seeing him in a beard and a pirate costume. That being said, I like it. I think it is definitely an odd look, but it works. I love how the Pirates series has cast rock stars in the roles of pirates. First, there was Keith Richards and now Paul McCartney. It just brings my love for the series up even more. 

Now, the rumor has it that McCartney actually filmed his scene after the film was done, so it will be more of a cameo than anything else. His role is credited as Jail Guard 2, but I have my fingers crossed that he may have a slightly more significant part in the world of Pirates of the Caribbean. What do you think of his look?
