New Promo Spot For the Upcoming X-Men Series GIFTED
A new promo spot has been released for the fantastic looking new X-Men series Gifted. The spot offers us new never-before-seen footage from the series, the pilot episode of which was directed by Bryan Singer. The first trailer that was released for the series was pretty awesome, and I've really liked everything I've seen from it so far. Gifted has the makings of a great series and I'm excited to watch it.
Action-adventure family drama THE GIFTED, from Marvel, tells the story of a suburban couple whose ordinary lives are rocked by the sudden discovery that their children possess mutant powers. Forced to go on the run from a hostile government, the family joins up with an underground network of mutants and must fight to survive.
The Gifted was developed by Matt Nix (Burn Notice) who wrote the series' pilot episode. They are both producing the film alongside longtime X-Men movie producers Lauren Shuler Donner and Simon Kinberg as well as Marvel TV head, Jeph Loeb.
The series has a great cast that includes Blair Redford, Stephen Moyer, Amy Acker, Jamie Chung, Sean Teale, Natalie Alyn Lind, Emma Dumont, Percy Hynes White, and Coby Bell.
The series is set to premiere this Fall.
