New Rumor Claims Marvel Studios Is in Talks With Billie Eilish for a Major Role in the MCU
A new rumor has been released that states musician Billie Eilish is in talks with Marvel to be added to the MCU in a major role. Eilish is known for her chart-topping, Grammy and Academy Award-winning music, which she creates alongside her brother, Finneas, but she just made her acting debut as well.
She recently appeared as the sinister cult leader Eva in an episode of Prime Video's Swarm, garnering a lot of praise for her unsettling performance.
Now, noted industry scooper Daniel Richtman is reporting that Marvel Studios is interested in signing her for a "big MCU role."
Eilish's song "You Should See Me in a Crown" was used in a recent episode of Agatha All Along, which may well have led to a discussion about her potentially joining the MCU.
We have no idea who Eilish could play, but she has spoken about wanting to go even darker for her next role, so it’s possible we could see her as a villain at some point.
One other logical option would be her taking on the role of Dazzler in the upcoming X-Men reboot. This would make sense as the character is a singer, so that would be a good fit.
