Marvel Rumor Claims Tenoch Huerta's Namor Will Share Scenes With Surprising Character in AVENGERS: DOOMSDAY

The Avengers movies are known for bringing together Earth (and beyond)’s Mightiest Heroes, and this especially applies to the team-ups directed by the Russo Brothers.

Avengers: Infinity War and Endgame saw some very cool crossover action, and Avengers: Doomsday and Secret Wars are promising even more, with the return of many of our favorites, as well as the introduction of the X-Men, and the first team up with The Fantastic Four.

But one new rumor claims that we could see a team-up that might seem unusual to viewers… at least those who are unfamiliar with the comics.

According to @MyTimeToShineH, "Namor and Sue share a lot of scenes together in the desert you see in the leaked [fourth] teaser."

We still don't know where or exactly what that location is. Still, regardless of whether it's The Void, the site of an Incursion, or an ocean that's been drained, it's going to feature the Fantastic Four, Black Panther, and Namor all sharing the same space.

In the comics, Namor the Sub-Mariner has a romantic interest in the Fantastic Four's most powerful member, Sue Storm. While the Invisible Woman has obviously remained loyal to her husband, Reed Richards, she has occasionally been flattered by the King of Atlantis' affections.

We will just have to wait and see how this storyline pans out, but it does sound interesting. Avengers: Doomsday is set to be released in theaters on December 18, 2026.
