New Rumor Claims That Wesley Snipes Will Make Another Big-Screen MCU Return "Sooner Than We Think"

Despite the awesome, crowd-pleasing return of Wesley Snipes as the badass vampire killer superhero Blade in this summer’s blockbuster hit Deadpool & Wolverine, fans figured this was a one-shot cameo.

Kevin Feige has confirmed that the Blade reboot starring Mahershala Ali is still in the works, despite not having a release date, but a new rumor claims we have not seen the last of Snipes, who uttered in the Deadpool sequel, “There's only been one Blade. Only ever gonna be one Blade."

Industry scooper MTTSH is now reporting (via CBM) that the original big-screen Daywalker will be back, and "sooner than we think."

If Snipes was going to reprise the role, a massive Multiversal event like Avengers: Secret Wars would seem like the most logical movie, so perhaps there are plans to bring him back for an earlier project? We have heard that it might be for something set between Doomsday and Secret Wars, but that's about all we have to go on for the time being.
