Rumored Details About Sadie Sink's SPIDER-MAN: BRAND NEW DAY Mystery Character

Sadie Sink just wrapped up her beloved job in the hit series Stranger Things, which prepped her for keeping secrets from fans.

Since her casting a year ago was announced as a mystery character in Marvel’s Spider-Man: Brand New Day, everyone has speculated as to whether she would play X-Men character Jean Grey, a new love interest to Peter Parker, a villain, or someone else entirely.

We still don’t know for sure, but the latest rumor claims to know a bit about this mystery woman. Industry insider Daniel Richtman is claiming on Patreon that Sink’s character has a close relationship with Jon Bernthal’s Punisher.

Additionally, during the movie’s tank scene, Sink’s character will control other people’s minds, such as Liza Colón-Zayas’ character, who also remains undisclosed at this time.

Sink’s character’s close relationship with Punisher was previously highlighted in a rumored plot synopsis for Brand New Day last month. The Punisher will reportedly protect Sink’s character from Damage Control.

While this is rumor, variations of this news seem to be pouring in and pointing to the same thing, so we may be on to something. I think it’s been fun not having all the pieces before the film comes out though. I’m hoping Marvel can keep a few secrets from fans before we see it all unfold.
