New Series of BLACK ADAM Character Posters Feature Justice Society of America

Warner Bros. has released a series of character posters for DC’s Black Adam, and they feature the Justice Society of America. The posters feature Dwayne Johnson as Black Adam, Pierce Brosnan as Doctor Fate, Aldis Hodge as Hawkman, Noah Centineo as Atom Smasher, and Quintessa Swindell as Cyclone.

Johnson continues to hype the hell out of this film and his long-running tagline for it is that the “hierarchy of power in the DC Universe is about to change.” From what I’ve heard, he ain’t lyin’! I’ve heard that he’s going to give fans a DC film that they will be proud of, and I’m actually pretty stoked about seeing it!

Johnson previously talked about how he’s been preparing to play Black Adam his entire life, saying, "I started training for Black Adam when I came out of the womb. I believe I was born to play this character. But in all honesty, this project has been with me for 10 ten years now. The process began when we started to stand the material up and really developed it into what it is present day. Once the start date was agreed on by our Seven Bucks production company, the rest of my team, Warner Bros. Studio, and DC Comics, I started to build an exhaustive training program with my coach Dave Rienzi. I wanted to come into this in the best shape of my career."

Jaume Collet-Serra (Jungle Cruise) is directing Black Adam, from the most recent script, written by Rory Haines and Sohrab Noshirvani. Adam Sztykiel wrote the previous draft.

Black Adam is set to hit theaters on October 21st, 2022.
