New Set Photos For AVENGERS 4 With Tony Stark, Hulk, and Thor May Reveal New Details
We've got a long way to go before Avengers 4 is released, but the film is currently shooting, and set photos are continuing to find their way online.
The latest batch of photos that have surfaced featuring a scene involving Tony Stark (Robert Downy Jr.), Thor (Chris Hemsworth), and Hulk (Mark Ruffalo). The photos bring up some interesting questions and they may concidered a spoiler... so, just in case...
In one of the photos, we see Tony Stark all decked out in some SHIELD SWAT gear. You can see the SHIELD logo on the arm, which is interesting because the organization was disbanded after the events of Captain America: Civil War. So, either SHIELD makes a comeback for Avengers 4, or this is a flashback scene.
It looks like maybe Stark is trying to calm down the Hulk because another photo shows Mark Ruffalo wearing a motion capture suit and he's looking a little pissed off.
There's one other photo that features Downey Jr. wearing the same Black Sabbath t-shirt that he was wearing in the very first Avengers film. He's also looking a bit beat up. So this could be another flashback scene, or he just decided to pull that old shirt out of the closet.
We also have a photo of Thor sporting his long thunderous golden hair, which is definitely a flashback scene because he had it chopped off in Thor: Ragnarok. There's also a photo of Loki wearing that same muzzle he was wearing at the end of The Avengers.
It's looking like Avengers 4 will take us back to 2012 and show us a series of events that obviously play a part in whatever story that they are looking to tell in the film. I have no idea what that story will be. Hell, we don't even really know what's going to happen in Avengers: Infinity War! Do any of you care to speculate?
Avengers 4 lands in theaters on May 3, 2019.
