New Sonic Animated Web Short RISE OF THE WISPS Releases Part 1

In anticipation of the new Sonic game, Sonic Colors: Ultimate, SEGA has released a new animated web short called Rise of the Wisps. This will be a two part web series that will introduce some characters from the upcoming game.

In the first one, we get backstory about what is happening on the planet that Sonic, Tails, and Eggman have found themselves on. A cute Jade wisp tells the tragic tale of their escape from the clutches of Dr. Eggman and the sacrifice made by their friends.

Sonic Colors: Ultimate will release digitally and physically on PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and digitally only for PC via Epic Games Store on September 7. You can pre order your copy here.
