New STRANGER THINGS Featurette Focuses on Recreating The 1980s

For those of you that enjoy basking in the glory of the nostalgic 1980s while watching Stranger Things, I have a featurette for the series that puts the spotlight on what goes into perfectly recreating that era and several of the other elements in the series like the Upside Down.

I love all of the little details that are packed into the sets of this series. The production and design teams have done such an incredible job bringing the 80s to life! They don't seem to miss anything.

This video features the cast and crew talking about the creation of these sets and pulls back the curtain on how they actually pull this stuff off. It's a pretty rad behind the scenes look, so check it out!

1984. Hawkins, Indiana. The Upside Down. The Tunnels. All of these elements come to life to create the world of Stranger Things 2. From arcade design to the tunnel design, from the perfect spiky baseball bat to the three muskateers candy wrappers. Every detail of the show is meticulously crafted by a creative team behind the camera.
