New Teaser for DC's BIRDS OF PREY - "Nothin' Gets a Guy's Attention Like Violence"

During the 2019 Game Awards, Margot Robbie appeared as Harley Quinn to show off a new teaser for the upcoming DC film Birds of Prey (And The Fantabulous Emancipation of One Harley Quinn). The teaser focuses on getting the attention and respect of the boys, and as Harley says, “Nothin’ gets a guy’s attention like violence.” So the trailer shows off Quinn, Black Canary, Huntress, and Renee Montoya blowing stuff up and beating the crap out of a bunch of guys, and it’s all set to the Chordettes classic song “Mr. Sandman.”

The cast of the film consists of Margot Robbie as Harley Quinn; Jurnee Smollett-Bell as Black Canary; Mary Elizabeth Winstead as Huntress; Rosie Perez as Detective Renee Montoya; Ella Jay Basco as Batgirl Cassandra Cain; Ewan McGregor as the villainous Black Mask; and Chris Messina as the serial killer Victor Zsasz.

Here’s the synopsis for Birds of Prey:

Since the events of Suicide Squad, Batman has disappeared, leaving Gotham City unprotected from crime, and Harley Quinn has left the Joker. When Cassandra Cain, a young girl, comes across a diamond belonging to crime lord Black Mask, Harley joins forces with Black Canary, Huntress and Renee Montoya to help protect her.

The movie was directed by Cathy Yan, and it will be released on February 7th, 2020.
