New Teaser Trailer For Henry Selick’s Stop-Motion Animated Film WENDELL & WILD with Jordan Peele and Keegan-Micheal Key
The director of The Nightmare Before Christmas and Coraline, Henry Selick, has helmed a new stop-motion animated film titled Wendell & Wild, which is coming to Netflix, and we’ve got a new teaser trailer for you to check out!
The film stars Jordan Peele and Keegan-Michael Key as two “hellishly funny” demon brothers who find themselves facing off with a nun and a pair of goth teens. This is sure to be fun flick! I love the concept of the story, and Key and Peele taking on the roles of the demons is perfect casting!
Selick not only directed the film, but he also co-wrote it with Jordan Peele. This is Selick’s first film project to be released in more than ten years. He’s developed a few other projects in that time that never happened including a stop-motion animated dark fantasy movie titled Shademaker for Disney and Pixar. He was also adapting the Neil Gaiman novel, The Graveyard Book, as well as live-action movie based on the first entry in Adam Gidwitz's Grimm novel trilogy, A Tale Dark and Grimm.
Netflix will debut Selick's Wendell and Wild sometime in 2022.
