A new teaser trailer has been released for director Paul Feig's new film A Simple Favor, which stars Blake Lively and Anna Kendrick. This is a very different kind of film for Feig as it has a darker tone than the other films that he has made. This is a mystery revenge thriller that centers around the disappearance of a young woman. This new trailer has a great style to it and does a good job of teasing the tension and intensity.
The film "centers around Stephanie (Kendrick), a mommy vlogger who seeks to uncover the truth behind her best friend Emily's (Lively) sudden disappearance from their small town. Stephanie is joined by Emily's husband Sean (Henry Golding) in this stylish thriller filled with twists and betrayals, secrets and revelations, love and loyalty, murder and revenge."
The movie also stars Linda Cardellini, Rupert Friend, Eric Johnson, Jean Smart, Sarah Baker, and Andrew Rannells. A Simple Favor is set to be released on September 14th.
