New TOY STORY 4 Details Revealed Thanks To New Footage Screened Including Forky's Introduction

We’ve got some new Toy Story 4 details to share with you thanks to some new footage that was recently screened for some Disney shareholders. I wish I was a Disney shareholder right now! They’ve gotten to see footage from some of their most highly anticipated films!

The footage screened offers some new information on the character Forky (Tony Hale), who was introduced in the first teaser trailer that was released. It also offers story details regarding Woody (Tom Hanks) and Bo Peep (Annie Potts) and how Woody will be faced with a hard decision as he has to choose between the little girl Bonnie or Bo.

Here are scene descriptions that were shared by Scott Ledewig on Twitter:

Sounds like it will be another great Toy Story movie! Everyone who has worked on it that has talked about it has said that it’s going to be another very emotional journey. So I guess that means we should bring a box of tissues with us to the theater.

Josh Cooley directs Toy Story 4, and it features the voices of Tim Allen, Joan Cusack, Wallace Shawn, John Ratzenberger, Blake Clark, Don Rickles, and Estelle Harris.

Here is the synopsis for Toy Story 4:

Woody (voice of Tom Hanks) has always been confident about his place in the world, and that his priority is taking care of his kid, whether that’s Andy or Bonnie. So when Bonnie’s beloved new craft-project-turned-toy, Forky (voice of Tony Hale), declares himself as “trash” and not a toy, Woody takes it upon himself to show Forky why he should embrace being a toy. But when Bonnie takes the whole gang on her family’s road trip excursion, Woody ends up on an unexpected detour that includes a reunion with his long-lost friend Bo Peep (voice of Annie Potts). After years of being on her own, Bo’s adventurous spirit and life on the road belie her delicate porcelain exterior. As Woody and Bo realize they’re worlds apart when it comes to life as a toy, they soon come to find that’s the least of their worries.

Toy Story 4 hits theaters on June 21, 2019.
