New Trailer for Barry Keoghan's Gothic Thriller SALTBURN
MGM has released a full trailer for the upcoming gothic thriller Saltburn, which is described as being “Deliciously Devilish.” The film comes from writer and director Emerald Fennell in her second film after the 2020 hit Promising Young Woman.
The movie is set in the mid-2000s, the twisted drama follows Oxford University student Oliver Quick (Barry Keoghan), who is struggling to find his place at Oxford University, and he “finds himself drawn into the world of the charming and aristocratic Felix Catton, who invites him to Saltburn, his eccentric family’s sprawling estate, for a summer never to be forgotten.”
The film is said to be a “beautifully wicked tale of privilege and desire.” In addition to Keoghan and Elordi, the cast includes Rosamund Pike, Richard E. Grant, Alison Oliver, Ewan Mitchell, Archie Madekwe, Lolly Adefioe, Reece Shearsmith, Paul Rhys and Carey Mulligan, who starred in Fennell’s feature directorial debut, Promising Young Woman.
Saltburn is set to be released in select theaters on November 24th before expanding wide on December 1st.
