New Trailer for Mel Brooks' HISTORY OF THE WORLD PART II Hulu Series
Hulu has released a new full trailer for Mel Brooks’ History of the World Part II Hulu series, which fans seem to be excited about! Each episode of the series will include a variety of comedy sketches set in different periods of time throughout human history.
It’s been 40 years since the original movie was released, and it’s pretty wild that after all these years, Brooks has finally made his sequel. It looks like fun! I don’t think this will be as good as the original movie, but it’s sure to deliver some laughs.
The sketch comedy series will premiere on March 6th with two episodes and these are the details of those episodes:
Episode 101 — “General Grant heads out in search of a drink; After the Russian Tsar is executed, Schmuck Mudman and his family head to Moscow; Shakespeare’s Writers Room; Invention of Fire; The REAL Kama Sutra. Shirley Chisholm (Wanda Sykes).”
Episode 102 — “Judas betrays Jesus; Shirley Chisholm makes a big announcement. General Grant finds himself in trouble and Marco Polo meets Kublai Khan. Schmuck Mudman (Nick Kroll).”
Brooks writes and executive produces the series along with Nick Kroll, Wanda Sykes, Ike Barinholtz, and David Stassen. Kevin Salter, David Greenbaum and Christie Smith also serve as executive producers.
The rest of the cast includes Zazie Beetz, Dove Cameron, Danny DeVito, Josh Gad, Johnny Knoxville, Kumail Nanjiani, Seth Rogen, Sarah Silverman, J.B. Smoove, Taika Waititi, and more.
Mel Brooks’ History of the World Part II, will be a four-night event that begins streaming on March 6th on Hulu.
