New Trailer for MEN IN BLACK: INTERNATIONAL Offers Lots of Cool New Footage and Story Details
Sony Pictures has dropped a new trailer for director F. Gary Gray’s Men in Black: International. This latest sneak peek at the film is loaded with some fun and cool new footage, and it also offers up some interesting new story details!
The film wonderfully reunites Thor: Ragnarok co-stars Chris Hemsworth and Tessa Thompson as a new generation of MIB agents. They go by the names of Agent H and Agent M, and they embark on a mission to save the world and find a mole hiding within the MIB.
The new trailer offers us a little background on Thompson’s character and what her mission with Hemsworth entails, introduces the most powerful weapon in the galaxy, and pays tribute to Will Smith’s Agent J and Tommy Lee Jones’ Agent K. The movie looks like it’ll be a lot of fun!
The Men in Black have always protected the Earth from the scum of the universe. In this new adventure, they tackle their biggest, most global threat to date: a mole in the Men in Black organization.
Thompson and Hemsworth will be joined in the film by Liam Neeson as the head of the U.K. branch of the MIB agency, Kumail Nanjiani as an alien sidekick character, and Rafe Spall (Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom), but we don't know who he's playing. Emma Thompson also joined the cast and will reprise her role as Agent 0. Rebecca Ferguson has also joined the cast.
I also include a second new trailer that features a few bits of new footage as well. Men in Black was written by Iron Man writers Matt Holloway and Art Marcum. The film is expected to be released on June 14, 2019.
