New Trailer For Netflix's Medieval Korea Zombie Series KINGDOM

Netflix has released a new trailer for their awesome-looking new medieval Korea-set zombie series Kingdom.

The show is set in Korea at some point during the five centuries of Korea’s Joseon Dynasty (1392-1897). The story centers around a deceased king who rises from the dead and as a mysterious plague begins to spread across the land. The prince must face a new breed of undead enemies as he unveils the evil and saves his people.

The trailer filled with a number of cool and crazy visuals including a mountain of corpses eating a woman alive, and soldiers taking on the coming horde with bows and arrows.

Here’s the official synopsis:

In a kingdom defeated by corruption and famine, a mysterious plague spreads to turn the infected into monsters. The crown prince, framed for treason and desperate to save his people, sets out on a journey to unveil what evil lurks in the dark.

This is one of my most anticipated series of the new year. It looks so good, and it’s a great and unique setting for a zombie movie.

Kingdom arrives on Netflix on January 25th.
