New Trailer For Ronald D. Moore's Alternate-History Series FOR ALL MANKIND Focuses on Putting a Woman on the Moon

Apple TV+ has shared a new trailer for their new sci-fi series For All Mankind, which comes from Ronald D. Moore (Outlander, Star Trek, Battlestar Galactica). The series is set in alternate-history that imagines what might have happened if Russia beat the United States in getting a man on the moon.

Having a story set in a world where the space race between the United States and the Soviet Union never ended is incredibly interesting. It’s “told through the lives of NASA astronauts, engineers and their families, For All Mankind presents an aspirational world where NASA and the space program remained a priority and a focal point of our hopes and dreams.” NASA has high ambitions as they plan to take things to the next level as they prepare to send a woman to the moon.

The series stars Joel Kinnaman in the role of Edward Baldwin, one of the top NASA astronauts. He will be joined by Michael Dorman, Sarah Jones, Wrenn Schmidt, Shantel VanSanten, and Jodi Balfour.

For All Mankind is set to premiere on November 1st on Apple TV+.
