New Trailer For the Animated Samurai Comedy PAWS OF FURY: THE LEGEND OF HANK
Paramount has released a new trailer for the animated samurai comedy film Paws of Fury: The Legend of Hank. The film centers on a dog named Hank, who sets off on a journey to fulfill his dream and destiny of becoming a samurai. This looks like it’ll be an enjoyable film to take the family out to see!
The movie stars Michael Cera as Hank, with an ensemble cast that includes Mel Brooks, Ricky Gervais, Samuel L. Jackson, George Takei, Aasif Mandvi, Gabriel Iglesias, Djimon Hounsou, and Michelle Yeoh. Here’s the synopsis:
A hard-on-his-luck hound Hank (Michael Cera) finds himself in a town full of cats who need a hero to defend them from a ruthless villain's (Ricky Gervais) evil plot to wipe their village off the map. With help from a reluctant teacher (Samuel L. Jackson) to train him, our underdog must assume the role of town samurai and team up with the villagers to save the day. The only problem… cats hate dogs!
Paws of Fury: The Legend of Hank is directed by filmmakers Mark Koetsier and Rob Minkoff (The Lion King, Stuart Little 1 & 2, The Haunted Mansion, The Forbidden Kingdom, Flypaper, and Mr. Peabody & Sherman). Paramount Pictures will debut Paws of Fury: The Legend of Hank in theaters on July 15th, 2022.
