When he was framed for the murder of Clifford DeVoe in the midseason finale of The Flash, Barry Allen was in a rough spot. It looks like that situation doesn't get any better when things return as Barry is faced with the problem of how to convince the world he's not a murderer.

As you'll see in the trailer below, that's easier said than done. Really there are only two ways to beat the rap on this. Either he reveals he's The Flash, or he has his friend's plant evidence in an attempt to prove he's innocent. Neither are ideal scenarios, but he's in a less than ideal situation so what else can he do?

The Flash returns to The CW Tuesday, January 16 at 8:00 p.m. EST.
