New Trailer for the Great-Looking Outlaw Thriller HELL OR HIGH WATER

“The banks have been robbing me for thirty years.”

A new trailer has been released for the great-looking outlaw thriller Hell or High Water. This looks like a fantastic modern-day western that follows two brothers played by Chris Pine and Ben Foster. The embark on a bank robbery spree in an effort to try and save their mom's farm. Of course, their actions have consequences and and their crime spree puts them on a collision course with a west Texas Ranger played by Jeff Bridges. He’s on the verge of retiring, but before he does, he’s determined to take them down.

The story touches on a lot of things that have been fueling anger in the U.S. such as economic despair, the hatred people have towards banks, and how big money is the ruling class in America, among other things. It sounds like one of those kinds of films where working class audiences will be rooting for the robbers.

The movie was directed by David Mackenzie from a script written by Taylor Sheridan (Sicario), and it will be released in theaters on August 12th.
