New Trailer For Pedro Pascal's Great Sci-Fi Western PROSPECT, Which is Now on Netflix
This sci-fi western Prospect is a fantastic film! It was originally released in theaters back in 2018, but it was one of those films that wasn’t really on anyone’s radar, so hardly anyone went out and saw it. The film is a totally underrated sci-fi indie movie worth watching, and now you have no excuses not to watch it because it’s currently streaming on Netflix, and Netflix has released a new trailer to promote it.
The story centers on a father and his teenage daughter who travel to a remote alien moon to find a treasure that will make them rich. The synopsis reads:
They've secured a contract to harvest a large deposit of the elusive gems hidden in the depths of the moon's toxic forest. But there are others roving the wilderness and the job quickly devolves into a fight to survive. Forced to contend not only with the forest's other ruthless inhabitants, but with her own father's greed-addled judgment, the girl finds she must carve her own path to escape.
The film was directed by Zeek Earl and Christopher Caldwell and it was produced by Dust. It also has a solid cast which includes Pedro Pascal, Jay Duplass, Sophie Thatcher, Andre Royo, Sheila Vand, and Anwan Glover. Watch the trailer below, then watch the film on Netflix!
