New Trailer for the Highly Acclaimed Adrien Brody Film THE BRUTALIST

A24 has released a new trailer for Adrien Brody's highly acclaimed film The Brutalist, which gets its wide release in theaters this weekend.

The movie tells the story of a brilliant architect who emerges from the Holocaust in WWII and resettles in America to start a new life.

In the film, “Escaping post-war Europe, visionary architect László Toth arrives in America to rebuild his life, his work, and his marriage to his wife Erzsébet after being forced apart during wartime by shifting borders and regimes.

“On his own in a strange new country, László settles in Pennsylvania, where the wealthy and prominent industrialist Harrison Lee Van Buren recognizes his talent for building. But power and legacy come at a heavy cost...”

The Brutalist was directed by Brady Corbet (The Childhood of a Leader and Vox Lux), and it also stars Felicity Jones, Guy Pearce, Joe Alwyn, Raffey Cassidy, Stacy Martin, Emma Laird, Isaach De Bankolé, and Alessandro Nivola.

I’ve been hearing great things about this movie, and I’m looking forward to watching it. I just have to find 3 hours and 35 minutes in my life to watch it! That’s a long runtime.
