New Trailer for the Horror-Thriller STRANGE DARLING Which Stephen King Calls "A Clever Masterpiece"
Here’s a new trailer for the upcoming film Strange Darling, which is a cat-and-mouse serial killer horror thriller, and the master of horror Stephen King calls it “a clever masterpiece,” so it might be a film worth checking out.
In the film, “Nothing is what it seems when a twisted one-night stand spirals into a serial killer’s vicious murder spree.”
The movie premiered to strong reviews and currently has a 100% rating on Rotten Tomatoes. Critics praise the film, saying it’s a “clever and fresh take on the cat-and-mouse genre,” and it also is said to feature “stellar performances.”
Director Mike Flanagan (Doctor Sleep, Midnight Mass) said the movie is “sublimely Brilliant…you must go in blind!“
The movie was written and directed by JT Mollner, and it was produced by Giovanni Ribisi, who also served as Director of Photography on the project.
The cast includes Willa Fitzgerald and Kyle Gallner. Magenta Light Studios’ upcoming project will be released in theaters on August 23rd.
