New Trailer For the Remake of FLATLINERS - It's Probably Not a Good Idea to Play With Death

A new international trailer has been released for the upcoming remake of Flatliners. The story of which follows a group of stupid-ass college students who kill themselves and bring themselves back to life so that they can get a peek at what's on the other side after death. Well, as you might image, playing with death isn't really a good idea and bad things start to happen.

I love the original 1990  Joel Schumacher-directed film with Keifer Sutherland, Julia Roberts, William Baldwin, Oliver Platt, and Kevin Bacon. But this remake isn't very impressive. It definitely doesn't look like it improves on the original film.

The remake stars Ellen Page (Inception), Diego Luna (Rogue One: A Star Wars Story), Nina Dobrev (The Vampire Diaries), James Norton (Happy Valley) and Kiersey Clemens (Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising).

In Flatliners, five medical students, hoping to gain insight into the mystery of what lies beyond the confines of life, embark on a daring and dangerous experiment. By stopping their hearts for short periods of time, each triggers a near-death experience. As the investigation becomes more and more perilous, they are forced to confront the sins of their pasts, as well as contend with the paranormal consequences of trespassing to the other side.

Flatliners is being directed by Niels Arden Oplev, who directed the original Swedish version of The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo. It will be released on September 29th.

Dare to cross the line in the new international trailer for #FlatlinersMovie In Flatliners, five medical students, obsessed by the mystery of what lies beyond the confines of life, embark on a daring and dangerous experiment: by stopping their hearts for short periods of time, each triggers a near-death experience - giving them a firsthand account of the afterlife.
