New Trailer for THE SECRET LIFE OF PETS 2 Focuses on Tiffany Haddish's Character Daisy
Illumination Entertainment has released a new trailer for their upcoming animated film The Secret Life of Pets 2. This one puts the focus on Daisy (Tiffany Haddish), who is looking for Captain Snowball (Kevin Hart) for a top secret rescue.
The movie also stars Patton Oswalt, who replaces original star Louis C.K. as the main character, Max. It also features the voices of Jenny Slate, Eric Stonestreet, Nick Kroll, Pete Holmes, and Harrison Ford lending his voice to a cartoon character for the very first time.
I guess it shouldn’t be surprising that there is a big fanbase for a film like this. After all, people love their pets! If you enjoyed the first movie, you’ll most likely enjoy this sequel.
The Secret Life of Pets 2 will follow summer 2016’s blockbuster about the lives our pets lead after we leave for work or school each day. Illumination founder and CEO Chris Meledandri and his longtime collaborator Janet Healy will produce the sequel to the comedy that had the best opening ever for an original film, animated or otherwise.
The Secret Life of Pets 2, which comes from returning director Chris Renaud and writer Brian Lynch, is set to be released in theaters on June 7th, 2019.
