New Trailer For WB's THE GOLDFINCH with Ansel Elgort, Nicole Kidman, and Finn Wolfhard

We’ve got another moving trailer to share with you today for Warner Bros.’ upcoming film The Goldfinch, which is an adaptation of the novel by Donna Tartt. The story is a coming of age story that spans decades and follows a boy who survives a terrorist bombing in an art museum while visiting with his mother. She does not survive.

The film has a wonderful cast of actors that includes Ansel Elgort, Nicole Kidman, Finn Wolfhard, Aneurin Barnard, Luke Wilson, Sarah Paulson, and Jeffrey Wright. The film is being directed by John Crowley, and this is the story summary:

Theodore “Theo” Decker was 13 years old when his mother was killed in a bombing at the Metropolitan Museum of Art. The tragedy changes the course of his life, sending him on a stirring odyssey of grief and guilt, reinvention and redemption, and even love. Through it all, he holds on to one tangible piece of hope from that terrible day...a painting of a tiny bird chained to its perch. The Goldfinch.
