New VISIONQUEST Promo Dives Into Vision's Relationship With His Son; Showrunner Praises T'Nia Miller's "Chilling" Jacosta
A new VisionQuest promo video has been released by Marvel that teases the relationship between Vision (Paul Bettany) and his son Tommy, played by Ruaridh Mollica.
It looks like Vision will be faced with the idea that despite believing that no one created in Wanda’s Westview survived, a version of his son Tommy is back, and they may need each other now more than ever. After all, as Ultron (James Spader) says, “Nothing bonds a family together quite like mortal jeopardy.”
Another tease for the upcoming series comes from VisionQuest showrunner Terry Matalas, who recently spoke with Collider, where he praised actress T'Nia Miller (Foundation, The Fall of the House of Usher), who is bringing Jocasta to life in the Disney+ series.
Matalas teased, "We have purposely kept her character out of a lot of the promotion of the show because T'Nia's performance is revelatory. Chilling, nuanced and even a little heartbreaking. I can't wait for everyone to see it."
The series stars Paul Bettany as Vision, James Spader, who will return as Ultron, Emily Hampshire as E.D.I.T.H., Orla Brady as F.R.I.D.A.Y., James D’Arcy as J.A.R.V.I.S., T’nia Miller as Jocasta and Ruaridh Mollica is the grown-up version of Tommy Maximoff. They are joined by Todd Stashwick, Lauren Morais, Diane Morgan, Polly Frame, Henry Lewis, and Jonathan Sayer.
