New WONDER WOMAN 1984 Details Surface Regarding Pedro Pascal's Character

There's still so much that we don't know about Wonder Woman 1984. Sure we've seen some official images and videos from the set, but we still don't know what the story will entail. We also don't know the details regarding some of the new characters that will be joining the film. Thanks to Hollywood insider DanielRPK, we now have some possible information on Pedro Pascal's mysterious character. This is just a rumor, but just in case:

This is the information that was revealed:

This is pretty much like Ares in the first film. He was a villainous god in hiding helping pull the strings of men to create war and chaos.

When someone in the comments suggested Pascal could be pretending to be Steve Trevor, the source said, "Nope. That's the real Steve Trevor." So there's an answer to another question that a lot of people had on their minds.

Some people are speculating that Pascal could either be another villain that ties into Wonder Woman's past and something that will be revealed as the movie explores her history further. Then some people are suggesting that Pascal could end up being Wonder Woman's father Zeus, which is what was revealed by Ares at the end of the first movie. That would actually be kind of cool.

Of course, there are a lot of other gods from the Greek legends that he could end up playing. I'm sure more information will be revealed as time goes on. As of right now, were' just getting little nuggets here and there. Hopefully we get at least a synopsis at Comic-Con.

What are your theories on who Pedro Pascal might be playing?

Wonder Woman 1984 will hit theaters on November 1, 2019.
