Newest VINYL Trailer Reveals More of Martin Scorsese's Latest HBO Show

Martin Scorsese's return to HBO looks like a rockin' good time. OK, so technically, The Wolf of Wall Street writer and Boardwalk Empire showrunner Terence Winter is the creator of Vinyl, but Scorsese is producing the show and directing the pilot, and it's clear his influence is all over this thing. We've seen a couple of trailers already, but this is our best look at the show so far, revealing more of the larger story going on behind the glitz and glamor of rock stars on stage and cluing us in to some of the troubles of record exec Richie Finestra (Bobby Cannavale). We get a better look at Ray Romano and Olivia Wilde's characters here, too. With an eclectic cast that includes those mentioned as well as Juno Temple, Max Casella, P.J. Byrne, J.C. Mackenzie, and Mick Jagger's son James, this looks like a show with a ton of energy and vitality that will fit right in with the great dramas on HBO.

Vinyl debuts on February 14th, 2016 at 9pm.
