Nicole Kidman Set to Produce Drama Series CRIME FARM for WarnerMedia Streaming

Nicole Kidman (The Hours, Big Little Lies) is set to executive-produce an upcoming drama series for WarnerMedia Streaming called Crime Farm. Janine Sherman Barrois, known for writing and producing big hits like ER and Criminal Minds, as well as serving as showrunner on TNT’s series Claws, is set to write and executive produce. Variety reports the following synopsis for the series:

The series is described as a psychosexual love story that follows Selma and Richard Eikelenboom, forensic homicide experts whose marriage thrives on their all-consuming investigations into the depravity of the world’s most notorious criminals. As a seminal case upends the paradigm of their relationship, their unique, unconventional and sometimes dangerous arrangement stretches the boundaries of marriage and science to the limit.

Well that sounds intense. Intriguing too, though. Kidman is on a roll lately, with much of what she stars in doing very well, and taking on many new projects to produce, such as the upcoming limited series The Undoing on HBO, as well as the new Hulu series Nine Perfect Strangers and the series The Expatriates for Amazon.

I’ll be interested to see who they cast in Crime Farm. Stay tuned and we will let you know as soon as we do. Are you intrigued?
