Nine Friends Have Bombs Strapped To Their Chests in Trailer For The Horror Thriller TRIGGERED
Samuel Goldwyn Films has released the first trailer for its upcoming film Triggered, an action horror-thriller about a group of friends with a dark secret who go out into the woods for a little camping trip. Like all camping trips in horror films, you can expect bad things to happen.
After a wild night of partying, these nine friends wake up with suicide bombs strapped to their chests, all with varying times on their countdown clocks. “They decide to work out how to disarm the bombs or find help – until they discover they can ‘take’ one another’s time by killing each other.”
It looks like a crazy and super intense thrill ride that is sure to keep audiences on the edge of their seat as this group of friends desperately fight to survive. This trailer has got a lot of energy in it and it also has some humor sprinkled into the film to help lighten things up.
The film was directed by Alastair Orr (House on Willow Street, Indigenous) and written by David D. Jones, making his feature screenwriting debut. It stars Sean Cameron Michael (“Black Sails,” The Mummy), Liesl Ahlers (Friend Request, Daylight) and Reine Swart (The Lullaby, Detour).
The movie will be released On Digital and On Demand on November 6th, 2020.
