Nintendo Announces MARIO MAKER Wii U Bundle With Amiibo

Looks like Nintendo will smartly look to bundle the Wii U with one of the most anticipated games of the year, Super Mario Maker. The above picture was posted to Nintendo Europe's Twitter page, and in all likelihood will see a release in the US and Canada as well.

Along with the Amiibo 8-bit Mario, it looks like the Wii U edition will also come with a sticker pack to decorate your Wii U. While I was hoping for something a little cooler than that, but I suppose Nintendo doesn't want to waste resources building new Wii U's when the one's they got aren't moving.

You'll be happy to know, Wii U owners, that the Amiibo and game will be available together at launch if you manage to get a copy of the special edition! Of course for those who will undoubtedly be left without the special edition pack, both will be available for separate purchase.

Super Mario Maker hits shelves November 11th.
