NO TIME TO DIE Will Tie Together With All of Daniel Craig's Previous James Bond Films

Daniel Craig will make his triumphant return as James Bond in No Time To Die and it will be the final time we see him in the role. After this, the character will be replaced again with a new actor.

With this being Craig’s final Bond movie, it will essentially tie all of Craig’s previous Bond films together to give a satisfying conclusion to his story arc. This news comes from actor Ben Whishaw, who told Collider in an interview:

“It’s Daniel’s last film as James Bond, so I think what they can look forward to is a kind of summing up, I guess, of all of the previous Bond films that Daniel’s done. There are strands from all of the films in it, kind of reaching a conclusion.”

The producers did this with Spectre as it was a culmination of the previous Craig films by revealing Christoph Waltz’s Blofeld was the man in the shadows who was pulling the strings all along. It’ll be interesting to see how all of the previous films tie together. I imagine it will have something to do with the villain. I just hope Craig goes out with a bang!

In No Time To Die, “Bond has left active service and is enjoying a tranquil life in Jamaica. His peace is short-lived when his old friend Felix Leiter from the CIA turns up asking for help. The mission to rescue a kidnapped scientist turns out to be far more treacherous than expected, leading Bond onto the trail of a mysterious villain armed with dangerous new technology.”

This next chapter of James Bond comes from director Cary Joji Fukunaga, and Craig is joined by Ralph Fiennes as M, Naomie Harris as Moneypenny, and Ben Whishaw as Q, with Rory Kinnear as Tanner, Lea Seydoux as Madeleine Swann, Christoph Waltz as Blofeld, and Jeffrey Wright as Felix Leiter. New cast members include Dali Benssalah, Billy Magnussen, Ana De Arma, David Dencik, and Lashana Lynch. Rami Malek is playing the main villain.

No Time To Die is set to hit theaters on April 8th, 2020. How do you think this next film will tie all of the others together?
