NOPE Featurette Focuses on the Epic Scale of Jordan Peele's Sci-Fi Horror Film

Universal Pictures has released a new featurette for Jordan Peele’s crazy-looking sci-fi horror film Nope. It’s titled “It Takes a Village,” and it puts a focus on bringing to life the epic scale of the film. In it, Peele says, “It’s a bigger adventure than I’ve ever tried to tell.”

Nope is described as a “new pop nightmare: the expansive horror epic.” The film reunites Peele with Daniel Kaluuya (Get Out, Judas and the Black Messiah), who is joined by Keke Palmer (Hustlers, Alice) and Steven Yeun (Minari, Okja) as residents in a lonely gulch of inland California who bears witness to an uncanny and chilling discovery… UFOs and aliens.

This is Peele’s biggest movie to date, and it looks like it’s going to take audiences on a wild ride! There’s no doubt it’s going to be a big summer hit. It co-stars Michael Wincott (Hitchcock, Westworld) and Brandon Perea (The OA, American Insurrection). Universal Pictures will release the movie on July 22nd.
