Now Daniel Craig Confirms He Will Be Back as James Bond and He "Can't Wait"

This whole Daniel Craig coming back as James Bond thing has been quite a wild roller coaster ride. Just yesterday the actor said on a radio show that he had not decided on if he was going to come back as 007 for Bond 25. His exact quote was:

“No decision has been made at the moment, there's a lot of noise out there and nothing official has been confirmed and I'm not, like, holding out for more money or doing anything like that. It's just all very personal decisions to be made at the moment... I know they're desperate to get going and I would in theory love to do it, but there is no decision, uh, just yet."

Later on in the day, he appeared on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert and when asked if he was coming back, he said, "Yes…I always wanted to; I wanted a break." I guess he was just waiting to make the big announcement on The Late Show. instead of breaking the news on the radio show.

Colbert pressed the actor about the previous statement he made when he said he'd “rather break this glass and slash my wrists” than play Bond again. In response to Colbert's question, Craig explained that “Instead of saying something with style and grace, I said something really stupid.”

Craig also said that this next Bond film will most likely be his last. He explained, “I think this is it. I just want to go out on a high note. I can’t wait.”

So, there ya go! He went from wanting to slash his wrists to saying that he can't wait! Daniel Craig is James Bond again whether you like it or not.
