Official STAR WARS DAY Video Shares a Powerful Message of Hope
Here at GeekTyrant, every day is Star Wars Day! But, May the 4th is a special official day that was carved out by Lucasfilm for the world to celebrate together. With today being that day, Lucasfilm has shared an official video celebrating Star Wars Day.
The video offers a powerful message of hope and features footage from the movies, TV shows, and games spanning the franchise’s 42 year run from 1977’s A New Hope to 2019’s The Rise of Skywalker.
During the times that we’re living in, it’s nice to spread some positivity like this. Regardless of what you think about the last trilogy of the Skywalker Saga, Star Wars will always have a special place in the hearts of fans. I have so many fond memories of Star Wars from when I was a kid, and I feel lucky to have grown up with it in my life and to have those beautiful memories.
Star Wars will never go away, and I don’t want it to! I’m excited for what the future of Star Wars will bring us!
