One AVENGERS: ENDGAME Cameo Was Not What Many Thought

Are you ready for some interesting news about Avengers: Endgame? Well then, be warned that below are some spoilers.

It turns out that Anthony and Joe Russo got Natalie Portman to come back and do some work as Jane Foster for Endgame, however, it turns out the amount of work was very limited. Whenever we see Portman, it turns out that was unused footage from Thor: The Dark World.

However, there’s a moment when she’s off in the distance talking to some people, and according to Anthony, the voiceover for that bit is what Portman was brought back to do.

I was a little curious about that when I saw her in the film, and it explains why we don’t get a whole scene of Rocket chasing her down to take the Aether from her body. Did you pick up on that little bit?
