OnePlus Is Giving Away OnePlus 8T Phones in New Fortnite Tournament

Mobile gamers who play Fortnite, hear the call of OnePlus. The cellphone manufacturer is going to be hosting a new global competition in the popular battle royale game called the Bhangra Boogie Cup to celebrate the launch of their latest device, the OnePlus 8T. In order to participate, players must use a Fortnite-supported Android device and have two-factor authentication enabled on their Epic Account; once you’ve done that, you’re set to go.

Players can find more information in the in-game “Compete” tab, but here’s the lowdown. At some undisclosed future date, players can participate in the event which is set to take approximately 3 hours. You’ll earn points based on your performance in each match you play and prizes will be awarded based on your scores. The top three players in each region will earn a new OnePlus 8T phone and the top player from each region will score some OnePlus Buds. Following are the prize distribution numbers, available prizes, and how to earn points:

Scoring System

• Victory Royale: 10 Points (+3)

• 2nd - 5th: 7 Points (+2)

• 6th - 15th: 5 Points (+2)

• 16th - 25th: 3 Points (+3)

• 26th - 100th: 1 Point (+1)

• Each Elimination: 1 Point
