Opera GX Will Now Let You Limit the Bandwidth Used by the Browser

During E3, Opera released the early access mode for their gaming browser, Opera GX. Now, the browser is getting a new feature today that should help better optimize your online gaming and streaming needs. The new network limiter will allow users to limit the maximum bandwidth available to your browser. This will in turn ensure that you have plenty of bandwidth for other things like your stream. I’m sure this is going to be a greatly appreciated feature by many.

In addition, Opera GX will have a few other useful features included with the new update. The GX Corner will now be home to a game release calendar to help you keep track of when your new favorite titles will be released. Also, Opera GX is expanding their Twitch integration so that you can now filter through your list of followed channels. If you hover your mouse over the channel, a thumbnail of the game cover they’re playing will appear. Finally, Opera is announcing better support for Razer Chroma gear.

Have you been trying Opera GX? If so, do you like it?
