Patricia Arquette Teams Up With Ben Stiller Again on The Apple TV+ Series SEVERANCE
Patricia Arquette, who is fresh off her third Golden Globe win for The Act, is set to take on a lead role alongside Adam Scott in the upcoming Apple TV+ series Severance. The project is a workplace thriller drama that is being directed and produced by Ben Stiller.
The story for the series is set at Lumen Industries, “a company that’s looking to take work-life balance to a new level. Scott stars as Mark, an employee with a dark past trying to put himself back together.” Arquette is taking on the role of Mark’s boss in the story.
The series was created and written by Dan Erickson, and Apple has given it a full series order. Severance marks the third collaboration between Arquette and Stiller, who first starred together in the 1996 film Flirting with Disaster. Arquette also starred in the 2018 Showtime limited series Escape From Dannemora, which was directed and executive produced by Stiller.
This series has a great team of talent attached to it so there’s a good chance that this is gonna be a series worth watching.
