Paul Bettany Assumes He'll Be Back as Vision in The MCU; We Just Don't Know When
After the events of WandaVision and where the story left Vision, I knew the character would be back. There’s no way that Marvel Studios and Kevin Feige were going to not revisit the character and continue his story in some way after those crazy events in the series that left him a whitish-grey color!
I imagine a lot of fans feel the same way, but during a recent interview with EW, actor Paul Bettany was asked the question of if we will ever see him again as Vision, and it’s a question we all know the answer to. But how did Bettany answer it? He said:
"Absolutely not! Not for any kind of money at all. I can't even think of a figure."
Of course, he’s joking, and he then went on to say:
"No, the honest answer to that is — well maybe it's not the honest answer, but it's the answer I'm going to give you and you'll just have to cope with it — at the end of WandaVision, you see Vision fly off and that's a loose end, and Kevin Feige (president of Marvel Studios) is a man who doesn't really allow loose ends. So I assume at some point I will be putting on my tights and cloak for another outing, but I don't know when that might be."
I have no idea when Vision will pop up again in the MCU, there’s always a chance he could appear in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness as Scarlet Witch is also a main player in that story. But it might not happen until sometime much later. The only people that know the answer to this question are the head honchos at Marvel Studios.
When and where do you think we’ll see Vision again?
