Paul Bettany Confirms Vision Is In AVENGERS 4 and Teases The Epicness INFINITY WAR
While it's unknown how or in what capacity, actor Paul Bettany has confirmed that Vision will be in Avengers 4. For those unsure of how that's news, check out the Infinity Stone implanted in the center of his forehead. Some assumed Vision would be quickly dying off as Thanos invades Earth and gets the stones, although that doesn't appear like that's going to happen immediately.
As for what it's like filming a superhero film of this magnitude, Bettany paints a picture for us in the quote below (via CBM):
"It felt like the biggest movie that I’ve ever made and will ever make, and we’ve still got to make the [next] one It’s f***ing crazy! I would come in, often at dawn because of the length of my make-up, and there would just be all of these twinkling lights. It looked like a town, but it wasn’t. It was where all of the trailers were. It’s massive! The call sheets are bananas. When you see the list of cast members, you’re like, ‘How is anybody else making a film in Hollywood, this year? How are they getting films financed? Everybody is in this!'"
So if Vision is alive in Avengers 4, where does this leave the story at the end of Avengers: Infinity War? I kind of assumed Thanos would reach peak power by the end of the first film...so it's exciting to hear he's still working towards his complete goal in the second film.
