Paul Bettany (A Beautiful Mind, WandaVision) has signed on to star opposite Tom Hanks and Robin Wright in the upcoming epic drama, Here, from director Robert Zemeckis (Back to the Future films, Forrest Gump, Cast Away) and writer Eric Roth (Forrest Gump, The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, Dune). Bettany is the only non-Forrest Gump alumni to join the project so far, but he’s an amazing actor, so he’ll fit right in.

Based on Richard McGuire’s graphic novel, Here is described as a breathtaking and revolutionary odyssey through time and memory. The innovative film is centered around a single geographic location in New England — starting as wilderness and later becoming the site of a home – where a story of love, loss, struggle, hope and legacy play out between couples and families over generations.

This sounds like such an interesting project with an incredibly talented group of people attached. I can’t wait to see it.
