Paul Dano and Kunal Nayyar Join Adam Sandler and Carey Mulligan in Netflix Movie SPACEMAN

Golden Globe and Emmy nominated actor Paul Dano (There Will Be Blood, Love and Mercy) and The Big Bang Theory star Kunal Nayyar have joined the cast of Spaceman at Netflix. They join already cast stars of the movie Adam Sandler and Carey Mulligan. The film is being directed by Johan Renck from a screenplay by Colby Day, based on the book by Jaroslav Kalfar.

In the movie, Sandler is an astronaut sent to the edge of the galaxy to collect mysterious ancient dust as he finds his earthly life falling to pieces. He turns to the only voice who can help him try to put it back together. It just so happens to belong to a creature from the beginning of time lurking in the shadows of his ship.

It is not yet known what roles Dano and Nayyar will be taking on, but this is an incredibly solid cast, and I’m excited to hear more about this movie.
