Review: PAW PATROL JUNIOR LABYRINTH is a Great Family Game
Labyrinth is a great family game and Paw Patrol Junior Labyrinth is great for younger kids. Ravensburger recently sent me a copy to review and it turned out to be perfect for my Paw Patrol loving toddler.
The game board and pieces are sturdy and good quality. The board is made to look like the streets of Adventure Bay with the various characters that you need to find. It looks great, all the characters are official looking art and includes all the pups and some side characters for your kids to find. It will take some time for your younger players to learn how to play the game properly, the concept of moving the pieces around to open up new pathways can be difficult to learn. However, I found that the Paw Patrol theme helped my kid stay engaged enough to not get frustrated at the gameplay.
My only real complaint about the game is the game pieces, they are just colored cylinders. I wish that they had done some sort of symbol from the show, like the pup tag or maybe little vehicles. But really, it’s not a huge issue.
Overall, it’s a good little family game if you have kids that like Paw Patrol, but can be a little difficult for the younger fans. I give it an 8/10.
